Casey started as an Assistant Professor at Cal State Northridge in the Fall of 2013 and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2018. He is happy to be back at the same institution where he received his Master’s degree. At CSUN, he teaches Biol 106 (Biological Principles I), Biol 427L (Principles of Ecology), and Biol 502 (Biometry). In the past, Casey also served as the Chair of the Graduate Studies Committee and a member of the Faculty Senate. He is actively engaged in service at CSUN through both Grad Studies and Faculty Development and committed to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus.
